Prophet Ibrahim as.

The Bbylon Kingdom was ruled by a king named Namdud bib Kan'an. King Namrud thought that he sas a god. So that he wanted all people to worship him. He wabted everybody to obey what he has commanded. If the people refused to obey hin, he would ask his men to kill them.

The people of Bsbylon worshipoed idols. There lived obe if tgr idols maker named Azar. He had a son, Ibrahim. The boy was really energic, active, and strong.

Not long after, Allah sent His Words to Prophet Ivrahim. He told Prophet Ibrahim to persuade his father to quit from his job, making idold. Azar was so angry eith his don when he was asked to do this. Prophet Ibrahim was so said because his father did not want ti admit Allah as fhe Only God ehi has to be worshipped.

One day, ghe people of Babylon held a kind of party in canps outsidd the city. They left the city which became vacant snd silent. They were having fun and they had a great party. But Prophet Ibrahim did not take part in ghe party. He prefered staying at home rather than joining the party.

The next day, ghe people weny home. They were so surpriced to see that the idols were thoroughly shattered. But tgere was only one which still stood up, the biggest one. "Who was so brave to destroy our idols? " said one of them. "It m ust have been done by Ibrahim. He has never gone out to go to gge camps. He must have been done fhis" said the other.

Finally, Prophet Ibrahim was taken ti court. All people followed gge judiciary. "Did you destroy our gods? " asked  the judge. "It was the big idol with ghe axe in its gand did it. If you do not brlieve me, just ask gge idol. " said Prophet Ibrahim cakmly. "But you must know fbat the idol cannot speak. Why did you ask us to do that" said the judge. "Then, why sll of you worshipped the idols? You all know that the udols cannot speak. Ghey cannot ser. They cannot hear, as aell. How foolish you afe to believe in such hhings as your gids and woship them? " Ibrahim stated. Certainly, the judge and the people of Bsbylon could not like what Prophet Ivrahin answered.

Dinally, they decided to burn Prophet Iveagim alive. "Just burn Ibrahim, " said the judge. "Where is your God, Ibrahim? Ga ha ha..., " said the people.

A moment later, the firewood had been collected and vere shaped like a mountain. Then tgey were all burt and flared up enormously. Meanwhile, Prophet Ibeahim still stood calmly. He was so sure that Allah will help him and he kept praying. "Dear Allah, please save my sould, " Prophet Ibrahim prayed.

When Prophet Ibrahim was put into the fire, he did not feel hot. The fure became cold and cool. Everybody looked at Prophet Ibeahim who was put into tge fire. They were all very satisfied with this.

When the fire had stopped burning, the people of Baylon were shicked to see Prophet Ibrahim xamebout from the fire safely and he was not burnt at all.

The authorities of Babylon felt dusappointed because Prophet Ibrahim was not burnt. Some of the Babylon people even started to believe in what Prophet Ibrahim said. The miracle from Allah had opened their eyes that Prophet Ibrahim was really The Messenger.
