Analytical Exposition Text


Analytical means examination or liking ti examine things very carefully (Cambridge) and expositiom is a comprensive description. 

Analytical Exposition Text is to present an issue. It belong to Argumentation text. 

The main purpose is to attemptbyo persuade the readers to believe something by presenting one sude of the argument (to persuade the readers or listeners that something is the case). 

Generic structure:

1. Thesis: introduce a topic or main idea (1 par. ) 

2. Arguments: support the main idea, consist of: point: (restate main/previous argument) and elaboration (develop the point) argument) 

3. Reiteration: restate 1st/main idea (conclusion). 

The important of English Language

Thesis:

I personally think that English is the world "s most important language. Why do I say that? 

Argument 1:

Firstly, English is an international language. It is spoken by many people all over the world, either as a first or second language. 

Argument 2:

Secondly, English is also the key which open doors to scientific and technical knowledge, which is needed for the economic and political development of many countries in the world. 

Argument 3:

Thirdly, English is a top requirement of those seeking jobs. Applicants who master either active or passive English are more favorable than who do not. 

Reiteration:

From the facts above, it is obvious that everybody needs to learn English to greet the global area. 

       Being Fat is a serious problem

Do you know if you too fat, you may have serious problems with your health? A group of doctors wrote a report about some of the effects of too much fat. 

One important effect is on the heart. If you are fat, your heart has to work harder. This may lead to a heart attack; or it may lead to other heart problem. In addition, extra fat can also change the amount of sugar in your blood. This can cause serious disesse such as diabetes. 

Further more, high blood pressure is another possible result of being fat. More studies are needed about all these problems but one thing is clear, extra fat may make your life shorter.

2. What is the purpose of the text? 

A. To retell about being fat is a serious problem.

E. To entertain the readers that being fat is good. 

Human activities have damaged the environment for the last few decades that caused such as problems as climate change, landslide, contaminated land, air and water. There are many ways in which we as individuals can help protect the environment. 

First, the petrol which your car uses gives expels lead into the air. However, the government has recently been trying to promote lead-free petrol. It is indeed much better for the environment and fortunately, it is becoming more and more available at gas stations. It is cheaper, too. 

Second, many things can be recycled, which means they can be refused. A number of local authorities have bottle banks where you can deposit your bottles at. Another thing that can be recycled is paper. There are now paper depots that will accept your waste paper. 

Finnally, the ozone layer is being destroyed by a number of things, one of which is aerosol sprays. Recently, supermarkets and department stores have begun to sell environmentally friendly ozone. These should be used wherever possible. So, all of ud member of this planet can join a local action group.
