Motivator n Facilitator

1. Teachers should study how and what to teach so that students love the teachers very much. The students ignore what kinds of the curriculum are, except the teachers' ability cause them interesting and enjoyable day by day.

2. Based on 'intention', a teacher is divided into two types, namely a true teacher and an temporary teacher. Because s/he loves teaching students called a real/true teacher. On the other hand, someone is failed to get jobs instead of being a teacher. So s/he takes the opportunity to be a teacher eventhough dislikes the profession anymore.

3. Based on 'working', there are three kinds:

Mis-way: there is no capability to teach students.

Paid: the quality of teaching caused of money.

Real: love teaching forever to students.

4. Steps of teacher:

Teaching: transform knowledge from teacher to students (compared with google)

Educating: followed becaused of good figure/ characters.

Enspiring: give inspire for students as their history not just story.

Moving: can ask students do what the teacher want.

5. Interested and enjoyed teacher

A teacher will be accepted by students if s/he has a good character/performance/aptitude to be the best (inside or outside of classroom).

7. Locked vs. Unlocked

Opened door: students accept the teacher or give permission to teach them called 'Accepted'

Closed door: students refuse the teacher's existence.

Please, change passive into active one, i. e. :

Served (DIlayani) ---> serve (MElayani)

Appreciated (dihargai) ---> appreciate (me-i)

8. Tips "allowed by students"

The teacher gives the nicest smile 1,2,2,5 by saying 'cheese'. From our deepest heart, two cm. right and left, in five seconds.

Different opening: peace be upon you, if you answer my greeting, you will go to Mecca, etc.

Give praise/complinenting: I like teaching this class, you make me energic, etc.

9. Entertainment (A-T-M)

Games, simulation, clapping, motivation, yel yel

Apple, elephant-ant and snake-worm,

8-4-2-1

Clapp once, twice, three time

10. Process or Result?

Siti tries cooking fried chicken, in fact they ade burnt in black. We should not blame her because she is still good condition except the chickem burning. Sooner or later she will cook well.

Is it meaningful we appreciate someone in process or in the end?  It's meaningless we give flowers or condolence when s/he dies because s/he cannot see anymore. Why don't we give reward when s/he is still alife. We appreciate students' process, need not they win or not. For example: Good job. You are able manage this class well. I hope you will become a good leader in the future.

11. Find the best.

Albert Einstein: Never force a bird swims, a fish flies, a snail runs quickly. Or we see the foolish animals. Students are keen on Maths, organization, art, sport, etc. Plesse praise them.

12. Give a chance

A teacher should give an opportunity to a average student (not always the certain student)

A sand become a pearl because of a process by a teacher.

13. Involve the students

Students should join in many activities in their school. Become a history that's always remembered by everyone instead of story will disappear a day.

14. Give positive names

A teacher csn give positive individual or a group in a class. Antok the Creator, Ridwan a diligent student, a good leader, clever in Maths, etc.
