Massaging

 


I go and return about a hundred kilometre from Tuban to Parengan every day in this week. It makes me tired but Allah gives me good healthy. Thank God, You give me strong.

Next I need relexation by massaging our body in order to manage my activities well. My blood runs well. 

Then I can take a nap. I eat nutrious food snd enough drink. Thank for blessing.
