 Good day, guys. 

Thank to God that we can join each other in WAG of KBMN to learn writing class. In this a good occasion we are happy to meet Mr. Imron as the speaker and accompanied by Mr. Yandri as the moderator. The topic is about about the influence of writing toward our career, as a civil servant officer.


Mr. Imron Rosidi who was born in Surabaya, exactly 10th June 1966 has graduated from baccalaureate degree at IKIP Surabaya. He gets some rewards Satya Lencana awards from President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2011, Intel Education Award, Indonesia Platinum, and the best national teacher. He is also keen on writing with title "Menulis Siapa Takut" (Writing, who dare) and some books published by UM Press, Kanisius. Then, he is a lecturer for Post graduation students at Uniwara STKIP Pasuruan and Dalwa Bangil campuis because of writing. The Principal of SMAN 1 Bangil. He became a representative society exchange program between Indonesia and America in 2006. Later, he achieves reward from Governor of East Java as the 10th winning writer.

Based on DUPAK of Permenpak no 16 tahun 2009, there are three kinds for increasing our career as a civil servant officer:

1. Pengembangan diri (PD)

2.  Publikasi Ilmiah (PI)

3.  Karya inovatif (KI)

                We write books for PI and KI. The examples of PI are translation books, classroom research, education books and KI for poems, short stories, and novels.

Unfortunately, teachers make article together called anthology book. They just write a poem. It will be evaluated if the teacher write 20 poems or 5 short stories. Based on his PPT shows:

In his slides, there are 10 kinds of PI, 4 items for KI and 2 items for PD, however, the teachers just write classroom research or school research. Even they do plagiarism Let's write books our selves.
