It is nice to meet you all. Let's learn writing together because it will be useful for people (readers). First of all, Mr Joko revises the book to be publisher. He who has got wide horizon of knowledge is a director of Andi publisher Yogyakarta. He is also an assessor, a writer, and representative of IKAPI DIY.
It is a dream for every writer if a book is published by a major publisher. To be a major publisher should launch hundred titles annually and it needs long time.
The speaker says that a publisher is a creative industry that collaboration among a writer, editor, lay outer, illustrator, and graphic designer. Perhaps it will develop in 5.0 publisher.
Books are classified into two parts, namely: text books and non text books. Text books are school and campus books and Non Text books are popular books. Books for school are called lesson and for campus named university books. Then, non text books are divided into fiction and non fiction.

According to Mr. Joko, Indonesia literacy is still low. It shows the low of reading, writing and comprehending texts in a state. It is also low the function of literacy, in problem solving, in social participation, and decision maker. It effects negative in education, health, poverty, and economy. So, let us improve our literacy to progress better.

How to choose the good publisher?
There are some criteria in publishing books, as follows:
- Copy right product: We publish our books professionally and we have copy right legally.
- Good reputation: Having good reputation, we are well known by readers, criticus, publisher and easy in in the next contract.
- Income: The writer has income or royalty from books published and invited to be speaker in some seminar, workshop, and literacy programs.
- Good experience: To publish books need hard work, diligent, attention but we have good experience, communicate with publisher, editing, revising and promote books.
- A good career: We can expand our networking to readers in order to make our career better.
